Kord is a third-year law student from Brandon, Mississippi, and attended the University of Mississippi, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in History. Kord serves as an Associate Editor for MC’s Law Review. In addition, his Law Review article received the “Best Casenote Award” and will be published in Volume 40 of MC Law Review’s upcoming publication. Outside of Law Review, Kord is the Vice President of the Agricultural Law Society, a member of the Community Service Committee, and Professor Christoph Henkel’s research assistant. In addition, Kord served as a legal extern for the 20th Circuit Court District for Rankin and Madison County during the summer. During his free time, Kord enjoys playing harmonica and basketball.
