Law Review - Mission Statement - Mississippi College School of Law

The Mississippi College Law Review is a student-managed publication that strives to serve the legal community by publishing original works of scholarship written by leading jurists and students nationwide. In attaining this goal, the Review calls on its member's to ensure the excellence of each issue.

Beyond producing a legal journal of the highest reputation and quality, the Review provides an engaging environment for the larger legal community through an online journal. This online journal serves as a forum in which law students and other academics can participate in legal dialogue and debate. This online exchange focuses on a wide range of views and ideas on current legal issues.

In addition to providing the legal community with an online journal, the Review devotes its efforts to encouraging and assisting its members develop publishable legal commentary.
