Law Review

                               Membership

Each member writes a publishable case note in the first year of membership and a publishable comment in the second year of membership. All members are required to perform certain duties germane to the journal publication process and operation of the Review. Review duties include Bluebooking, editing, service requirements, and other duties necessary to production of the Review.

Membership can be obtained by invitation or by the writing competition. The top ten percent (10%) of the rising second-year class is automatically invited to join the Review. The Review will hold a writing competition during the summer to select additional members. All competitors must have a minimum grade point average of 2.80 to qualify for membership. Membership shall be determined by a majority vote of those appointed by the third-year Editor-in-Chief to judge the Competition and in the manner provided by the Editorial Board.
